Resource: Team to Teach: A Facilitator’s Guide to Professional Learning Teams
Requirements:
Applicants must:
• Serve on the ARI School Team participating in Literacy and Justice for ALL professional development series.
• Participate in three six-hour Literacy and Justice for ALL content study workshop sessions.
• Fulfill all implementation requirements following each workshop session that include an analysis of current practices, reading selections, open-ended question responses, on-line Wiki forum posts and networking responses, a post-survey, and a plan of action.
*Specific assignments will be given at the end of each workshop session.

Eligible Participants: Educators who hold administrative certification
Time Frame: September 2010-February 2011
Hours: 60 (18 hours-workshops; 42 hours-job-embedded implementation)
